  1. drwxrwxrwx 480 nobody users 16K Dec 24 09:35 Music/ The time stamp is when I recreated it.
  2. That's the share, but I'm guessing the time stamp is from this morning when I recreated it.
  3. The share was Music. I definitely didn't ssh and do any moving.
  4. Even if Plex could delete content automatically it wouldn't remove the share itself. I don't have any signs of disk corruption and I checked each disk individually for the content. I couldn't have deleted it from my windows interface because it won't allow that (tested on empty share). I am attaching my diags. tower-diagnostics-20221224-1033.zip
  5. Been using unraid for over a decade this is the first time something like this has happened. Some time between now and the last few weeks one of my shared was deleted. I haven't even done anything in unraid in over a month and I definitely didn't delete a share. Luckily it wasn't that important and I had a backup, but want to make sure none of my critical data is at risk. Is there any way of tracking down what happened? Version: 6.11.5
  6. Weird. Works from my phone browser, but none of the ones on my workstation even after reboots to everything.
  7. Some time in the last few days. My dashboard page does not show any information. The CPUs all show 0. Same with memory and no dockers shown. My main page does not have any devices list and only some of the buttons work. Like I can stop the array, but I can't initiate a reboot. The community apps will not load. I can't even download the diagnostic data. The array is still up. All shares appear to be accessible. Reboots have not fixed it. I see a lot of these in the logs. Jul 17 06:59:55 Tower root: error: /webGui/include/Notify.php: missing csrf_token Suggestions?
  8. That is the only usable thing I do seem to have.
  9. I had to wipe the mbr to get it to read anything on the usb. I think I may know what drive the parity was. Where do I start to get things back online?
  10. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. I added these 2 lines to the /boot/config/passwd file, rebooted, and all good. avahi:x:61:214:Avahi Daemon User:/dev/null:/bin/false avahi-autoipd:x:62:62:Avahi AutoIP Daemon User:/dev/null:/bin/false
  11. Thank you for the suggestions. I changed it to AHCI in the bios. I see "unknown username "avahi" in the message bus configuration file" when the array boots up. I'm still looking in to this one, but nothing obvious as to how to create that account or resolve the error. The gui is still super slow even when a parity check is not in progress. Safe mode is the same way. I'm looking at the top processes and there is nothing taking up cpu time. Memory it low too. Less than 50%.
  12. I never had a problem in 5 years, but since he 6.2 release (6.1.9 was fine) things have been dicey. The server is locking up at an increasing rate, and the gui always has slowness. It takes about 1 minutes to switch between tabs. During this time I checked the processes and everything looks good. When things become inaccessible shfs process takes up 100% cpu. I have included my diagnostic while it is happening along with a screen cap of the top procs. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. tower-diagnostics-20161115-1446.zip
  13. I do not have physical access to my unraid server at this time. SSH still works. I have a process taking all the CPU. I have tried reboot from the command line, but it did not actually reboot. Any suggestions? 1926 root 20 0 1044096 12112 2092 S 100.0 0.6 720:00.90 shfs
  14. Any advice on this would be appreciated as I have no plugins or dockers or VMs. Should I reinstall and start from scratch?
  15. Here is my diagnostic file. tower-diagnostics-20160923-1104.zip
  16. I did some searching, but did not come up with anything. It takes about 40 seconds to switch between tabs. My memory and cpu utilization looks low. Does anyone know what the deal is with this?
  17. I am on v6.1.7. Is this still applicable?
  18. So I did the rebuild with the new disk and everything seems back to normal, but it did come back with these 3 messages. Should I be concerned? 19. I do have it set to write corrections to parity disk. Does that influence your suggested course of action? I do not currently have enough storage space to copy all the contents to another location. Should I add my new disk to the array and use it to shuffle around the data?
  20. So I had my first parity check error (only 1 error) a few days ago. One of my disks has a Current pending sector = 1. I ran an extended smart test and it completed without error. I have a new drive that is currently preclearing. There appears to be different trains of thought as to how to proceed. I'm not sure if I should rebuild with the new disk or rerun the parity check. Any advice would be appreciated. Hitachi_HDS5C3020ALA632_ML2220F30V1YHE-20160912-0940.txt
  21. Issue resolved, but can't delete this topic.
  22. The Rosewill was $12 only 3 days ago on amazon. I need 3, they had 2. I should have looked harder for a 3rd. My OCD prevents me from having mismatched hardware.
  23. I'm not sure what happened recently, but it seems that all the low cost hard drive cages have disappeared. I add storage about once a year so I don't mind opening the case and sliding a drive in. I was looking at the Rosewill RSV-Cage which is now gone from amazon and newegg. Previously I had my eye on some from xigmatech and cooler master, but those dropped off the face of the earth too. Does anyone know where I can find a 4 x 3 cage with a fan on the front in the $10 to $20 dollar range?
  24. I have 4 disks total. Disk1 share is good, Disk3 share is good. Disk 2 has the error in the screen shot. All disks show as green on the main page. Flash share does the same. All share associated with disk 2 are inaccessible. Please help, freaking out here. I was able to grab another workstation, and the shares looked fine. Rebooted my main system and all appears to be good. Gotta love windows.
  25. I ran badblocks and it indicated that there were no bad blocks on any disks.
