  1. I’ve just moved houses and now I am missing my unraid usb!! I’m dreading having to set everything up again but mostly devastated about all my dockers. Feels like a massive undertaking and I don’t know where to start. Anyone been in this situation and what did you do to recover it? What was just gone?
  2. SSD read speed is 550MB/s its an evo 860
  3. I am struggling to get transfer speeds of over 100mb/s between my SSD and NVME. Today I transfered some files from one drive to the other via unbalance and averaged 87MB/s this seems really low and I feel that I have a setup issue which is causing this but I do not know what. I feel like this should be 5x faster, I have the SSD in a 2 disk array with no parity or cache drives. any advice would be appreciated.
  4. I have been running a Windows VM with no issue with GPU + USB Controller passthrough. Recently I have been trying to install multiple linux VM's and it will not allow me to control the USB keyboard mouse. I thought at first there was something wrong with my passthrough settings so I installed it with VNC and lsusb and the individual devices are recognised ie pull them out put them in, I can also use a USB mass storage device. Keyboard and mouse refuse to work.. they work up until the moment that the linux(Grub??) launcher boots. Any thoughts on this? Has anyone else encountered this?

    Chrome OS

I would really love to hear from anyone who has successfully gotten ChromeOS to work! I am trying to get Fydeos to work but cant get past the boot screen. I guess I am making a mistake of some kind but do not have a lot of techinical knowledge on the matter. If you have had success please let me know!

    Paid Today!

I custom built a system designed to deliver unraid VM's its a headless system that has multiple dedicated GPU's and also runs lots of dockers and vm for my IP cameras. I also have a VM for a HTPC that is connected to my loungeroom. Its a pretty amazing threadripper based system and unraid really does make it easy to manage and expand as our needs change. I told myself that I would buy a license when my trial expired.... system hasn't crashed or been unstable so I barely noticed that my trial expired 3 months ago... It still did not crash but I decided today was the day I would support a pretty fantastic product thanks and keep up the great work!
  8. Looking through your post at your ASUS Prime X370 PRO has almost the entire board in its own IOMMU groups, this is exactly what I need!
  9. The IOMMU grouping I posted was with the ACS_Override both flags, I think this is as far as it can be split which is why I was thinking I might need another MOBO. So your ASUS prime has the PCIE chipset lane in its own IOMMU group? The 2x PCIE that go to the CPU are already in their own IOMMU groups.
  10. Anyone have a x370/x470 Mobo where the bottom PCIE card is in its own IOMMU group? I was really hoping to send this PCIE Slot to a VM with an I350-T4 but with my MOBO Taichi x370 on l4.81 it does not seem possible. Ive attached my IOMMU Groups below for comparison.
