  1. Quick question. I don't have a Mac VM set up right now. I've tried multiple times to and have an RX580 I passthrough to it but I've never been able to get audio, even from the display ports. In order to get it to work do I need to flash it? I've tried passing the VBIOS through instead of using what is on the card but no matter what I get no audio at all. I'd love to get a Mac VM set up at some point.

See if this applies to you, if yes, upgrading to v6.10 and switching to ipvlan might fix it (Settings -> Docker Settings -> Docker custom network type -> ipvlan (advanced view must be enable, top right)), or see below for more info.:

Thanks. I'll give it a shot. I do run two Pi-Holes on it with static ips. I was leery of going to 6.10 on it due to beta and so many containers running but my virtualization server has been doing fine on it.

Try save syslog to flash or setup remote syslog server

and redirect the dmesg to display for monitoring, at local console type

    setterm -blank 0
    dmesg -Tw --level=err,warn >> /dev/tty0 &

Got it set up logging to my other UnRaid server. Never know when it will act up again. Seen 2 days seen 13. Thanks for your help. I'll update when I have more information.

  4. A bit at the end of my rope here. I keep getting kernal panic errors after 7-8 days of uptime. I've seen others have had this issue due to RAM timings but I don't use custom timings. I've been running 6.9.2 on my 1920x since it came out but this just started about 5 weeks ago out of the blue. I've done multiple days of memtests and deactivated a few plugins that FCP said were no longer supported. Does anyone have an suggestions on how to move forward? I think maybe it is network related. I install a 10Gb NIC about 4 months ago. I do have a custom "proxynet" for my docker containers per SpaceInvaderOne's videos. See Attached Diagnostics file

  5. Found out the answer. Turns out all of the computers I was using were having the same issue. Not sure if it was due to my Domain Controllers but wiping out all cache and history for my browsers fixed it. It had been an issue since day one and I went on a wild goose chase looking at VLANs and Firewall settings.

If you have adblocker whitelist your server

Tried it. It didn't fix it though. I'm going to leave it whitelisted though. Seems like that could cause some issues. Thanks for your advice. Incidentally,as I was looking at your signature I realized your backup server is on the exact same motherboard as the server I'm talking about.

  7. I recently set up a second Unraid server. My main works perfectly but this one doesn't show certain UI elements. Mainly, when I install docker containers the screen appears to lock up and doesn't show the progress, no popup. The only way I know anything is happening is the browser spins to show so. I have crazy slow internet so there are times when it takes over an hour with no status. When I update containers the popup window comes up but is blank until the update is done. Then the splash screen propagates and shows everything that happened as it should and the done button.  Has anyone seen this? I can use it like this but I am wondering if I should just do a full reinstall or if there may be some way to avoid that and fix it. Diagnostics attached
