Yesterday I went to the main page and to flash, then back up flash. I shut the server down and pulled the usb drive, put it in my mac and ran first aid, it found some errors and fixed them. I put the usb back in and powered it back up, it booted up without issue and proceeded to start a parity check. I shut it back down and pulled the drive, formatted it and then copied the data from the backup that I downloaded before I originally shut it down. I ran make bootable and then put the usb back in and started it back up. It booted up and started a parity check again. All my plug-ins and dockers were there and everything looked just like it did before I shut it down. It has run all day and my parity check finished this morning, so far no errors in the error log and no read/write errors. I'm no sure if it was just a fluke or the drive is really going bad, I'll keep an eye on it. Thanks everyone for your help!!
