    Thank you for your reply. I have tried to downgrade to 6.9.2 but the problem cannot be solved. I am planning to replace it by a new HBA card. Do you have any suggestion?? Thank you very much for your help.

    Yes, I downloaded it. I mean that the firmware update software cannot find my LBA when I am under CLI in unraid. Installer_P16_for_Linux.zip 9300_8i_Package_P16_IR_IT_FW_BIOS_for_MSDOS_Windows.zip

    I try to follow the guide here to update the firmware but it cannot find my HBA cards so I cannot update the firmware.
