  1. Checked the repair box and all are unrecoverable. Seems like I should format and reuse the drive. 3. How do I do that for the pool?
  4. Started to have dockers stop running one day last week. I notice that the syslog is full of errors like this. Some forum post states that it might be the 6.12.x version causing issues so I downgrade to 6.11.5. I had my main docker plex come back up but not 2 other dockers give me errors when I try to launch and the BTRFS errors persist, but not as many. The short smart test passes, but shows this at the bottom. I stopped docker and vm plugins, set my cache folders to yes, and started the mover in case its the drive. I do have spare cache drives I could use but still want to figure out what the issue is. tower-diagnostics-20240208-2144.zip
  5. So if I setup a redundant cache pool then the exclamations will go away?
  6. Trying to get some issues sorted out on my unraid server and I notice that my cache drive is almost full. I see plenty of files that should have been moved and have creation dates from 2018. The mover gives the error in the title when running it manually. Is this a split level share issue, or something else. In 4 of my 5 shares I have the warning that some of my files are unprotected. Is this also related to the files not being moved off of the cache rive? tower-diagnostics-20230507-1617.zip
  7. I am getting slow read speeds when using Plex and transferring files. It started when I downloaded a ~10gb movie and wanted to watch it on plex. As soon as it imported I started it using firefox with the local ip address for plex. Within the first minute it would stop and buffer. I stopped the stream and the tried copying it to my local machine. Read speeds from unraid to my local system were between 0 to 3.5mbps. It eventually errored out after 15 min and gave a windows file copy error. At 7 or so min I disabled all the dockers and it still failed at the 15 min mark. I have noticed that a reboot will fix the issue, but with nothing but the array and smb up I would expect faster transfer speeds. Over WIFI I can download from Microsoft at 8.5Mbps, so wifi is not the issue. tower-diagnostics-20210618-0006.zip
  8. Hi everyone. I switched over from Windows server and hyper-v a few months ago to unraid 6.4 and it has been pretty smooth. The docker containers for sonarr, radarr, nebget, plex and qbittorrent run with fewer resources and less complication than having to manage several VMs. The best part is being able to add hard drives into pools with redundancy. This is easier than managing hardware, software, or storage spaces raid. There is one problem though. I still need a Windows VM for use of google drive, veracrypt, dropbox, and RDP once in a while when I am away from home. Just VPN to home and use a rdp app from my phone or work. The problem is that in the VM I can not access the docker resources over the web gui. I can access dockers that are set to br0. br0 is used for plex and my survalence. These get their own IP addresses. The dockers are all set to bridger and the windows vm is set to br0 as well. I tried switching the binhex-qbittorrentvpn docker to br0 or host, but it fails to apply the settings and i have to go back to bridge. I do have a 4 port network card in there and thought that maybe doing a passthrough for one of those ports to the vm may fix the issue, butI figured I would ask here first if maybe the problem is something else.
