  1. @JorgeBThanks for the suggestions! I switched to a JMB585 based controller and so far it seems to be working well, going to keep an eye on it for the next few days. I do still have disk 2 disabled and running as emulated though. What would be the best way to get unraid to start using the actual disk again? From my understanding, usually in this scenario the drive should be rebuilt from parity data, but since there wasn't ever anything actually wrong with the drive, can I instead rebuild parity from the data on the disks?
  2. Thanks, didn't realize that. It had been working fine for ~2 years with no issues but I could definitely look into replacing it. What would be a recommended alternative?
  3. Running Unraid 6.9.2 with 7 data disks + 1 parity. Woke up this morning to unraid saying there are errors with disk2 and it is now being emulated. I rebooted hoping that would just fix things (before realizing that would clear the syslog) but it was still disabled. I was browsing my data to make sure the disk emulation was working and copied some important things off just in case, and then 3 other disks (1, 5, 6) suddenly started showing errors at the same time. There were about 10k errors on the dashboard for each of the 3 disks. I have attached the diagnostics from after the 3 extra disks started showing errors: core-diagnostics-20221027-1007 - after errors.zip I have also attached the diagnostics from after a second reboot in order to get the SMART report for all disks, it wasn't working with the errored disks: core-diagnostics-20221027-1153 - after reboot full smart report.zip As far as I can tell the SMART report for all disks is fine, and due to the timing of them all happening so suddenly I'm wondering if this could be an issue with some of the other hardware like the PSU? Most of the other hardware is ~10 years old so it wouldn't surprise me, but just wanted to get some input on what my next steps should be.
  4. Would it be possible to update tmux? I'm getting this error: tmux: error while loading shared libraries: libevent-2.1.so.6: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
  5. I love how easy it is to add and manage self-hosted apps with Docker containers and VMs. It would be awesome if SSDs were supported in the drive pool.
