The general temperature remains around 40, but when I open the system message, I find that the temperature often becomes 84 degrees Celsius, and it's the same when I check the temperature on the Dashboard. I checked and found that the maximum temperature for the solid-state hard drive should be around 70 degrees Celsius. Will it cause damage to the hardware if it's like this frequently?

I want to upgrade to a new licensing plan, what should I do? I see that I don't have the previous Basic license in my account management, so I can't upgrade. Is there any discount for upgrading now?

I bought the account many years ago, but got rid of the old Gen8 server in the last couple years and the account has remained. Only recently realized that the account was changed to a subscription a few months ago, just found out today I was still connected to the service when Connect first came out, but when I went up today and looked at the license info in the user info it wasn't connected, all I had on hand was the purchase info and the flash drive that I used to have with the old version of the license. Tried upgrading but didn't find a discount code for older users anywhere either. So this is awkward now, so please advise how to upgrade my account for the best?

账号买了很多年，但是这两年把老Gen8服务器出掉了，账号一直还在。 最近才发现前几个月账号改成订阅制了，今天才发现 我当时还是在Connect刚出来的时候连过服务，但是今天上去看用户信息里面授权信息并没有连接上，我手头只有购买信息和以前老版本授权所拥有的U盘。 尝试升级，但是也没有发现哪里有老用户的折扣码。 所以这下就很尴尬了，所以求教该如何将我的账号升级才好？

开始只是检查出xfs分区有问题,反复进入维护模式修复未果,然后前天一个盘突然从维护模式返回正常模式后就无法mount了,昨天京东买的新硬盘到了,换下做rebuild也失败,回复以后还是无法mount,今天准备格式化掉,再次进入维护模式,再出来,所有的三个阵列数据盘都无法mount了!数据全灭. 初步怀疑是跑了两三年的gen8有问题了.

本来稳稳在GEN8上跑了两年的unraid，在升级后突然出现各种问题，开始升级后自动莫名退回到稳定版本，然后docker都不见了，后来准备检查数据发现磁盘阵列的两个xfs盘都发现大量错误，虽然准备迁移数据的时候，最主要的数据盘突然就提示Unmountable: not mounted，使用xfs_repair修复无果。但是每个盘的smart报告都没啥问题！ 我啥了，大量多年的数据瞬间回不来了，该怎么抢救回来？
