I can't believe I didn't even think of this. I was way over thinking everything. Thank you so much for your help, everything seems back to normal now.

The first thing that I noticed was that my uptime in the top right corner was way off. It's showing an uptime of 11 years when I just restarted it. Another thing is that all my dockers are showing version not available. If I go to update OS that also shows not available. Under apps it gives me "Download of appfeed failed". I tried changing my DNS and that did nothing to resolve it. I tried turning off wiregaurd as I saw that help someone else with the dockers but that did nothing. I pinged from the server my home router and it was fine, I pinged out to google (8.8.8.8) and it was fine. I didn't think it was really affecting things until I went to try and watch Plex and it wasn't showing up on any of my devices. So I'm at a loss here and don't know what to do to resolve this.
