I followed your guide in the other thread and that appears to have resolved the issue. Oddly enough I was not required to rebuild the database after downgrading, after the restart it no longer detected any errors and started behaving normally again.

Would the process outlined in the below work or would it require a rebuild?

Thanks for the link, while annoying at least I know it's nothing I've done. I had a fresh install of 6.7.2 so downgrading is not really an option for me. In the meantime I may rebuild the DB and then take a backup. That should make recovery a bit easier.

Hey guys, I've been having a recurring issue with my database corrupting. I've tried to repair it on multiple occasions but the repair failed. I also tried the FUSE fix but the issue reoccurred after that. Has anyone got any suggestions? Screenshots and logs are attached. radarr.txt
