  1. I am doing this same thing (except I am pausing and unpausing my dockers). When I run the scripts manually, they work as expected. However, I was trying to use the custom scheduler so they would run at specific times on specific days, but I realized last night when I checked it that the script didnt run at the scheduled time. Is the cron system on a specific timezone or is it based on my timezone? Is there something I am missing?
  2. @mathomas3 - My array consist of 3 Sata drives, 1 SSD Cache and 1 Sas drive (accidentally bought the sas drive). The controller works with the Sata drives and the SSD, but not the sas drive. As stated, I took the SAS to a local computer shop and he said the SAS worked for him and he was asked to mount/format the SAS drive. I asked him to update the controller for me (didnt want to fool with it), but he didnt work on those types of things. I did not ask him to try the SAS drive with the controller, but if there are no other options, I may have him do that.
  3. I finally got the SAS controller updated to most recent firmware (I ran into every problem in the book so if you are updating the firmware of an LSI card, let me know and I can help MAYBE). However, the drive is still showing no capacity. I did however clear the bios in the LSI card so there is no BIOS on it. Not sure if this will cause an issue. I took the drive a few days back to a local computer shop and asked him to check the controller and the drive. He doesnt touch the controllers, but when he put the drive into his computer, he said his computer was asking him to initialize it. Any other suggestions? It is an HP LSI card. It works with all of my Sata drives, just not the SAS drive and I dont want to just throw money away and say the drive is dead.
  4. @itimpi - I have attached the diagnostics zip. tower-diagnostics-20200520-1813.zip
  5. Hi everyone. I just got fired up a new sas drive. The drive was brand new, the controller is used off of Ebay. I can see the drive in the unassigned section, but I cannot format it or pre-clean it. It also doesnt show the capacity of the 4 TB drive and says unable to read capacity. What can I do?

  7. So I stopped the array and fired it up in Maintenance mode. Did a "Check Filesystem Status" and I got back this message: xfs_repair: can't determine device size What can I do about this? Is this a sign that the drive is shot? What other information is needed to diagnose this issue? I am new to unRaid and computer software in general. More of a hardware guy.
  8. I do not see that anywhere next to array start/stop button.
  9. I just added a disk to my array, and the disk says it is Unassigned and does not show a File System on it. I try to add it to a share or create a new share with the disk, and new shares are not created and the disk is not added to the old share. What should or can I do to get a file system on this drive?
  10. Hello, I am planning on building an unraid server very soon. I accidentally bought a few SAS drives instead of Sata drives. I was wondering, if I get a SAS controller, could I use all my drives if some of the SATA drives are plugged directly into the mobo and the SAS drives are plugged into a PCIe SAS controller card? Or if anyone else has a suggestion on how to get my SAS drive to work on my Sata mobo, that would be appreciated. I also plan on using a Rosewill RSV-R4000 (https://www.amazon.com/Rosewill-Rackmount-Computer-Pre-Installed-RSV-R4000/dp/B0055EV30W/ref=sr_1_1?keywords=rosewill+4u+case&qid=1570214735&sr=8-1). Idk if this has a built in SAS controller.
