  1. You have two diff applications doing the same function. Sonarr does what your filebot as wgstark said.
Sonarr will watch the "completed" folder for shows you tell it to, grab them, move them to a folder structure (that you can modify in settings) and rename the episodes.
Either keep Sonarr or the filebot.
    Good luck.

  2. To run "Plus" you use the CE installer and then provide your "Plus" serial #. It then converts it to a "Plus" install.
It is offered free (no charge) for home & lab now.
You "buy" plus but at a zero $ cost and they send you the serial # by email.

choose the "Home or Lab" and select "No Charge" to proceed to check out.

  3. The requirement to pin at least 1 cpu to a VM is odd. It forces some of us to the XML to bypass this GUI limitation.
I have several VMs that run fine without any cpu's pinned but I have to do this through the XML.
Then under settings>cpu pinning it complains when I try to unpin cores to the remaining VMs. Again why?!

Please allow the users the option to choose to pin as we choose.
If there is a valid reason, perhaps a pop up window "suggesting" we pin a cpu.

    Thank you

  4. Thank you for looking Jorge. I too suspect it to be hardware failing.
Since its weird (symptoms that don't really point at one specific component) I have ordered a new mobo & ram.
Likely if those two dont fix it, then its the power supply or cpu. Doubt its the cpu or ram but I will see.

Thank you for the link to configuring a syslog server. I will give that a shot. Point it at my syno nas.
I will also come back and update the thread once I get something one way or the other in a few days.

  5. Hello, Ive been happily running my server without any serious issues for some time now.
Roughly 2 weeks ago I upgraded the ram from 32 to 64gb (matching manufacturer & same kit but bought at different times)

Recently upgraded from 6.9.1 to 6.9.2

Other than a container that I had to re-install I have not seen any other issues with that upgrade.

This morning I woke up to no plex or network access to the server or any of its containers.

The pc was on and appeared to be running normally.

However I have no video card installed (its headless due to needing the limited pci slots for m.2 riser and sata controller.
I was forced to reboot the server.
Seemed fine after the reboot but about 30 min later I noticed plex was not accessible. Just like previously all access was missing.

I removed the pci sata card and migrated all the sata drives to the mobo. Hoping it was the card/cable.
Updated the bios at the same time (was 1 rev behind which should not have been an issue).

Same issue some time later (not terribly long but I have not been timing any of the failures).
This time I stuck a video card in the now empty pci slot.

When it happened again, the fans went loud, ping no longer responded and access to all apps/gui and the console were not present.
I blindly entered the login/user/diagnostics  via console with the hopes it was taking even though I did not see output on the monitor.

I have since pulled the 2nd set pair of 16gb mem modules, taking it back to 32gb in the system.

My gut says hardware is failing but I really do not know and do not have a clear indication of what the cause is.

I have attached 3 "diagnostics" taken (the 2 earliest are hopefully via the blind typing).

The server has once again gone wonky. Fans gone high speed and loss of connectivity/containers.

During all of these, the network link light is always lit but thats just basic layer 1 so doubtful of any value.

Any assistance to narrow down the issue would be greatly appreciated.

    *** UPDATE ***
    I replaced the mobo.
This appears to have corrected the issue.

    Thank you for your assistance.

    Mike

  6. Hello.

Ive looked through many of the pages in this thread looking for my answer.

Currently i have access via http.

I am unable to figure out how to access the gui via https.

    Container variables as default settings.

    Port 1 8989

    Port 2 9897

I assumed 9897 was for https.

In sonarr container i set https and put that port in. Saved the settings.

    Then restarted the container.

I can still only access rhe gui via http.

    http://<host ip>:8989  Fine

    https://<host ip>:8989 fails

    https://<host ip>:9897  fails

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thank you

  7. I have skimmed through this now lengthy 71 pages of support and would like to ask (that which has probably been asked but I didnt find).

Where in the gui of ruTorrent can I verify that my vpn (nord) is actually connected?

I know I applied my user creds set in the container variables but I was hoping to see something in the gui "vpn connected" or in the Settings.

Looking in the container logs I can see where it initially connected but I would prefer to get a gui notification or confirmation of the vpn status rather than having to periodically hitting the container logs to sift through for vpn status.

Otherwise it seems pretty sweet so far.

    Thank you in advance.

    Mike
