To answer my own question, I guess permissions got messed up during an upgrade. I had to run the "New Permissions" under Tools to allow me to right to those folders again.

I'm having the same problem. I have read/write permissions in the rest of the folders in the /appdata folder but for some reason I don't in the prometheus/etc folder or the appdata/grafana folder. I'm trying to follow this tutorial https://unraid.net/blog/prometheus
