Have stress tested CPU and MemTest 24+ hours but all "seems" ok. Server diags & relevant syslog section attached. Personally my money is on a memory issue but with no proof or spare sticks to swap I don't want to purchase some and find out I'm wrong. Thank you for the direction - Although I must confess to not knowing what to do next. I've disabled VM's completely and turned off unnecessary dockers, but beyond that I've not made any special network configurations.
