Unraid boot fails. Begins to load OS then shuts off.

Unraid boot fails.  Begins to load then shuts off.  Ran scandisk on boot drive.  Can load Unraid if booted on another PC.  Where do I look to see what is wrong?  Memtest is OK on unraid server with boot issue. Version is Unraid 5.0.3 Attached is the screenshot of directly before the server powers off without error or beep.

Additional Information

If a different computer boots with the same flash it suggests a hardware problem.

I was able to get server running after several boot attempts.  Once booted I was able to verify drives.  Then attempted shutdown and restart, as soon as Linux attempted to load it shut down?  Where can I look to find what is going wrong?  There must be some sort of a log???

If it's actually shutting off, it suggests either the power supply is turning itself off due to excessive current demands being made on it, or the processor is overheating and shutting the system down (bad fan?)
