Good Afternoon;

 

I am currently having the following issue with one of my Unraid servers. This presently is only happening on one of them and I have been trying to solve for some time with no success.

 

I continue to get a 500 Internal Server (nginx) Error during different times.

- If the server has been up for some time, I will try to login successfully but as I start to move to different menu options I then will get the 500 Internal Server Error (nginx)

- I can reboot the server, it will work for a period of time, then will happen again.

 

Currently I have not been able to find root cause.

 

Any help would be apricated.

 

Not sure what the issue would be for this issue, but if you post your diagnostics/logs that will help to solve the issues

 

Go to Tools->Diagnostics and download the logs into a .zip file and post it so the community can take a look at it. Make sure you check "Anonymize diagnostics" box before you download.

Nobody must be suffering from the same issues that I am regarding the Error 500?

I do.  And during this I'm inable to download diagnostics via cli.

I'm not sure why this was so difficult to find or answer but here is how to correct the error without restating the machine.

From the console, log in to the terminal using the Root account. Once logged in type the following command:

/etc/rc.d/rc.php-fpm restart

Done. You can now log back in via WebUI.
