SaltyKram
Hiya, nasa-diagnostics-20210130-1354.zipsyslog-10.10.20.22.log I've got a weird thing with my Unraid Server developing where it seems to have a hard lock up for 2 nights in a row. Here's some info before I start: Unraid 6.8.3 The syslog-10.10.20.22.log that I attached is the log I had setup and running after the first crash, writing to the cache drive. This log captured only the second crash. The zip file is for any other information you need, like hard drive smart tests, etc. The last log written was Jan 30 00:22:59, before I did a reset on Jan 30 12:55:16. Plugins: CA Auto Turbo Write Mode - Not configured CA Auto Update Applications CA Backup / Restore Appdata CA Cleanup Appdata Community Applications Dynamix Active Streams Dynamix Cache Directories Dynamix Date Time Dynamic SSD Trim Dynamix System Information Dynamix System Statistics Dynamix System Temperature Fix Common Problems Nerd Tools Preclear Disks Speedtest Command Line Tool - Disabled Tips and Tweaks Unassigned Devices Unassigned Devices Plus unBALANCE User Scripts I'm not quite sure what is happening - I would be streaming a video via Plex fine the night before, and it seems like overnight the system locks up and stays that way until I reset the server. I cannot access the unraid webgui at all when this happens. After my second lockup, my first thought is maybe modify the scheduled updates which might be too close to each other and possibly conflicting, so after the reset earlier today I changed the schedule to the below: DOCKER AUTO UPDATE 6 AM DAILY PLUGIN AUTO UPDATE 9 AM DAILY MOVER SETTINGS 4 AM DAILY PARITY CHECK 1:30 AM FIRST DAY OF THE MONTH (It's currently running a parity check now) I have also removed any stopped/unused dockers, which in my case would be Emby and unmanic. I had PiHole configured at the router level but I have removed it and put another DNS provider for now, to prevent the issue of my other home devices not connecting to the network. Hope someone can see something on the logs provided that I can't. If I'm missing any information, please let me know and I will provide it. Thank you! JorgeB
No issues logged, could be a hardware problem, one thing you can try it to boot the server in safe mode with all docker/VMs disable, let it run as a basic NAS for a few days, if it still crashes it's likely a hardware problem, if it doesn't start turning on the other services one by one.
