Disk write or read errors from time to time

From time to time, my array has disks with write or read errors (usually one or two disks at the same time), Currently both parity disks are red!

I already replaced disks and SATA cables but the behaviour is still the same. I already installed a fan on the LSI SAS 9207-8i to bring the temperature down. Obviously without any success. I don‘t have a clue how to proceed on this!

Can one please have a look in the diagnostics logs attached to this post?

    Looks like a power/connection problem, could also be the controller, but if you already replaced cables I would try a different PSU first.
