Problem with VMs and Dockers, potential cache disk error?

Hi!

As of late I have had several issues with my VMs and Dockers, they run of my nvme disk that is setup as cache. In my win10 vm I constantly get crc errors in files and installers say the files are corrupted. My docker randomly hangs and wont start, I have to maybe restart my minecraft serverdockers 3-5 times before they finally come back online.

 

SMART report gives no error for the disk, I ran XFS file check on all my disks and they have no errors. I also upgraded to 6.9.1 to to see if that helped, but I still struggle. 

 

Is anyone willing to take a look at the diagnostic and let me know if they can spot anything wrong? I am not sure what do do with my current system instability.

Ryzen with RAM clocked above max supported speed is known to corrupt data in some cases, I would start there:

My RAM was at 2133, I clocked it down to 1866 and still had issues, ran a memtest and found at that one of my 4 DIMMs was corrupted. I have removed that now and hope this solves it.
