Script for docker scheduling and spindowns?

I'd like to disable my dockers (right now only Transmission), and then Spind Down the drives at lets say 00:00, and then start the docker again at 06:00. 

 

Right now I do it manually, but I forget it 3 of 4 times so I need to start my desktop PC up again and pause the docker, and stop the spinning. 
Reason is my new harddrives in the unraid server are to damn loud. 

 

I can't find any scheduling built in to unraid, but I guess it's possible to script? Or maybe even an app for a n00b like me?

Install the User Scripts plugin as that makes it easy.
