My Servers plugin status code 500 from replace flashdrive

Featured Replies

Hello all.

i just flashed my unraid backup from an sandisk ultrafit 32gb into a samsung fit plus 32gb drive.

i restored me license key into the new drive but when i am running unraid in GUI mode i got a notification on the "my servers plugin"

that says

My Servers Error

Response not successful:

Recieved status code 500.

this is visible while loged in as localhost.

if i create a new tab and access the server with the ip adress it is not appearing.

remote access login gives an exclamation mark at the my servers notication.

settings - management access everything is normal

pls some assistance would be very much appreciated.

diagnostics attached

Already tried the command "unraid-api restart" without any changes.

Left the server on the complete day, the error message are still there.

I tried to create a completely new unraid install using the new flash drive and backup pro key, as soon as the unraid "my servers" plugin is installed and configured the error message appears.

All this in gui mode.

Thanks for reporting this issue with the UPC on localhost, we'll get that fixed

Thanks, that was super helpful.

#1. We'll get this fixed for localhost
#2. All good
#3. Safe to ignore, we are going to suppress that icon.

  • 4 months later...

on week old unraid install I've had the same problem:

1 crushftp10 already running with port 443 configured as HTTPS

2 installed MyServer access and it shows error code 500 (in settings\Management access it uses the same port:443)

I was looking for the solution and found this post.

Some time later, after restarting Unraid I couldn't start crushftp (error: port 443 in use), but code 500 disappeard.

I have changed HTTPS port for crushftp10 and everything work fine (so far).

Right, you can't have two different things on the same port, so if you've given port 443 to the webgui (in Settings -> Management Access) then you can't also use it for crushftp10. Not sure which version of Unraid you have, but we are trying to make it harder to get these sorts of conflicts.
