Docker Updates - safe to close window?

Featured Replies

Is it safe to close the browser tab when running Docker updates? I've been leaving it open and waiting because I'm nervous about breaking everything by killing it mid-update, but wondering if this concern is unnecessary.

I must admit I have never tried it, but I would think there is a high likelihood that doing so will abort the update process.

Unless someone else can weigh in on this I think you are wise to remain cautious :)
