August 27, 20214 yr I have a fairly new Unraid system setup with Plex (plexinc) docker. When plex is started and no user activity the server gets large amount of reads and writes over a short period of time. There is no user activity at the time. I am running Unraid 6.9.2. I been reading some similar issues that were resolve with 6.9. Also, in other issues the docker needed to be replaced with another Plex docker created by Linuxserver. Any help with be appreciated. I am fairly new to Unraid.
August 28, 20214 yr Author I have other dockers installed but only have Plex started. When I stop Plex the reads and writes are at a normal rate.
August 28, 20214 yr Author Question, will one Plex docker over another Plex docker give one less reads and writes. I just setting up my server and wanted to know the best Plex docker to use. I been reading some older information and wanted to setup a current Plex Server docker that runs with little reads and writes when there is no Plex user activity. Any help would be appreciated.
