I stopped the array this afternoon and added a HDD to the array. When I restarted the array , one of the old disk came up with an unmountable message.

Rebooting might fix it, if it doesn't post new diags after a reboot and array start.

 

P.S. there are multiple ATA errors in the logs, as well as a lot of other spam, check cables on those disks.

You must always be careful when mucking about in the case and double check all connections. Disturbing connections when adding or replacing disks is perhaps one of the most frequent causes of posts by new users.
