Hello

 

First time making a post

 

Usually I can find another thread with the answer.

 

I had flash backup working but for some unknown reason it stopped. I have tried rebooting, unraid-api restart, signing in/out and reinitializing. After the last one every time I click activate the GUI says activating and then refreshes to say not activated. My servers can see the server and states that it is connected to the mothership.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the diags. Please DM me your /var/log/gitflash file. The easiest way to get it is to open a web terminal and type:

cp /var/log/gitflash /boot

 

Then attach the gitflash file from the root of your flash drive.

 

Please also provide a screenshot showing what the web page looks like after you press activate and nothing happens.

There is no /var/log/gitflash on my server.

 

The screen I get after the activation process has finished is below which is the same as before I press activate.

Thanks for your help. I changed the DNS to static and pointed the server to 8.8.8.8 and all is now working.

OpenDNS family shield does not work with unraid backup.
