zelet
I switched out my hardware and now Unraid won't complete the boot sequence. It stops at "starting rsyslogd daemon: /usr/sbin/rsyslogd -i /var/run/rsyslogd.pid" It just hangs there with a blinking cursor forever and goes no further. I'm not sure where to begin to diagnose the issue since I can't get to a log-in prompt and it hangs before I can access any of the management interfaces. I changed my motherboard, CPU, and RAM but I don't think it's related? Unraid will load a "clean" install but not my previous config so it might be related? Quote Link to comment
trurl
Be sure to boot from USB2 port, they are more reliable for this and speed isn't important. 7 hours ago, zelet said: Unraid will load a "clean" install Is that using the same flash drive or another one? Quote Link to comment
zelet
It was a new USB drive. Although I installed the old hardware and the old USB booted the system fine. Quote Link to comment
