September 23, 20214 yr I'm confused as to why when I set the correct time manually in the BIOS Unraid sees the time completely differently when the NTP server is set. How can I get them to match properly? Do I have to just manually set the NTP server in Unraid?
September 23, 20214 yr Author Yes I’m aware of that, but what I don’t understand is if I set the correct time in BIOS, then Unraid sets the time wrong if I enable NTP. (And it’s not just Unraid, this also happens to my Windows box.) For both Unraid and Windows I have to set the time manually as opposed to leaving it to the NTP server.
September 23, 20214 yr Is there a time zone setting in your BIOS? If not you might have to set BIOS time to UT.
