Server subnet mask changed without my input

Featured Replies

I was recently trying to get onto my server and the web gui was not working. I was able to ping the server but unable to get to it. I finally got the crashcart out and it seems to be running and dockers are running as expected. Did a reboot same thing. I then found my subnet mask changed without me knowing. What would have caused this if I have a static IP setup for this sytem? I have a log file but is there a setting I need to change to prevent this in the future?

What IP and subnet did you set, and what was it changed to?

Do you suspect the My Servers plugin for some reason? If not we should move this to general support.

Either way, you'll want to upload your diagnostics (from Tools -> Diagnostics)
