Hello,

I am building a new unRAID and am wondering if I can utilize my existing Cyberpower UPS. A windows machine is currently running on the UPS and has the cyberpower software installed on it to shutdown itself in 5 minutes incase of a power loss. Wondering if any one of the following can be done:

1. Does unRAID work with Cyberpower UPS? I know it works well with APC UPS.

OR

2. Can I write a script on the windows machine that would telnet into unRAID and issue a shutdown command? (if this is possible, how does unRAID behaves if shutdown command is issues during parity build or any other crucial process - does it save it's state to resume later?)

Please advice.....thanks
