I'm currently ussing unRAID pro 4.7.

 

When I login through //tower and navigate to the Users tab, I cannot see the Security and Add User screens. I only see the Users root screen.

 

What could be the issue here?

Did you change USB sticks or any other hardware changes lately?

 

The reason I ask is basic doesn't support User Security and if your not using the USB that your GUID was attached to it wouldn't work.

Change share security on the Settings tab.

Now all user screens are visible.

 

I just purchased the unRAId pro, and installed the key file in the config directory.

 

I can see all the 22 devices, but not the users screens.

 

In the users screesn I only see the Users (Root). Screenshot is attached.

Stop the array

Go to the "Settings" page

Change the "Share Security" to "user-level"

Start the array.

You should then be able to manage additional users on the "Users" page.
