IOMMU groups and Plex issues

This maybe user error but I cannot have IOMMU groups enabled in the BIOS and use Plex.  When the groups are enabled my Plex server is inaccessible.  Anyone else having this issue? 

 

System:

Ryzen 3900x

Asrock X570 Steel Legend 

32GB RAM

P400 - used for transcoding

GTX980Ti used for VMs

    What do you mean by inaccessible?  Have you checked the device identifier given by the nvidia plugin?
