provisioning myserver plugin never responds

Featured Replies

Hi when I hit provision to get a cert under the settings management access, the provision box goes gray but never does anything.

It just has an animated provision button. Never showing me a cert or anything.  if I refresh the screen it just shows me the provision button again. If I click I get the same behaviour.

What am I doing wrong?

Thanks

Just to clarify, this has nothing to do with the My Servers plugin. You are trying to provision an SSL certificate, which is functionality of the base OS.

I am aware of a few people having issues provisioning certs, but they are getting actual error messages. Would you please upload your diagnostics (from Tools -> Diagnostics) so we can see if any issues were logged?

I am experiencing the same issue as described above. Diagnostics are attached.

You are having lots of issues unrelated to SSL, I'd recommend rebooting:

Still seeing the same results after a reboot. Do you want to see an updated Diagnostics file?

Hi, we believe the issues with provisioning Lets Encrypt certs have been resolved. If you are still having issues, please try again and then upload your diagnostics (from Tools->Diagnostics)

I just tried it again this morning and the provisioning completed successfully. Thanks for the update!
