Especially if you are doing anything above 30 secs in resolutions of 4K or higher and/or RAW you will be struggling in the timeline to live play and probably spend hours in rendering the final project. I would buy a better CPU, at least 32GB of RAM, and add a dedicated GPU. But of course do what you can afford. If its going to cost to much to go that much higher then get what you can.
