Registering new Unraid instance without internet access

Featured Replies

Hello all!

I am in a bit of a tough situation and would love some help, if possible. I am visiting my family for the holidays, and I built a server for my father. They live in a remote area and don't have dedicated internet (just a mobile hotspot device).

I made the mistake of failing to register the new server while at my home with internet. I have purchased a full key but I wanted to know if there is a way for me to register my trial version without internet access. Can I somehow install the registration key directly to the flash drive?

Thanks!

Please disregard and feel free to delete this thread. Sorted out my issue.

Managed to manually download the key file and copy it to the flash. Sorry for the noise.

The trial version requires internet access to be able to start the array.  You may need to get a paid licence if you want them to be able to easily operate an Unraid server without internet access.
