Running a command or script AFTER Array is shutdown

Featured Replies

I'm looking to see if there's a way to run a command AFTER the array is shutdown during a full shutdown.  Trying to set it so it calls my APC control unit to kill the power to my JBOD (which essentially is my whole array) whenever it's shut down.

Similarly curious if there's a way to turn it on before array start, but more concerned about the prior if anyone knows.

I saw on another thread theere is a stop file like the go file, but is not created by default. Not sure when in the process it is called or if it works.

The stop file is called after the array has been stopped so should satisfy the requirement.
