HDDs keep spinning up

I can't remember having anything changed regarding this feature, but my drives (set to spin down after 15 minutes) keep on spinning back up in seconds even if I spin them down manually.

I checked with the File Activity Plugin, but there doesn't seem to be any related activity.

I was for a period of time on the 6.10rc2, but now I am back to stable.

Hopefully someone can help. Please? Thanks

Your appdata, system and domains shares exist on multiple array disks so if you run any docker containers or VMs these are probably keeping files open on the array.  Normally you only want these shares on the cache to optimise performance and minimise array access.
