Fry's has a Seagate 650GB (never heard of a 650 before.  Aparently it's a Fry's exclusive) for $109.99.

EDIT: Forgot to mention it's an IDE drive.  A good deal nonetheless.

    $5 says that when\if it ever goes bad they ship you a 750! :D Already had a 400 upgraded to a 500 that way. Think they dropped their 750 IDE though  :-\
