can somebody with a bit more knowledge have a look at my logs and let me know if they can see any reason why my system has become unstable.

can seem to find why but its just restarts randomly last time was 19:50 on the 27th

Don't mix and match RAM.   And if you do, always ensure that the CL timing matches between the sets. 

 

Run the memory at it's native speed of 2133 and not it's overclocked speed (XMP/AMP) of 3000 you're using

 

Run a memtest

thanks for that I will have a look at the memory and the c-state 

 

so i have turned of xmp 

run a memtest two passes all ok still getting reboots 

 

also I have changed psu 

 

any other help would be appreciated looks like it rebooted around 4.40 this morning

went down again today I cant seem to find out why 4.50 this morning

seems a but strange this is the third Sunday on the trot it has gone down

Is the VM you're using having a device passed through to it?

yes one did I was sure I had turned that off when I started fault finding

 

i have now turned that off lets see if that fixes the issue
