[6.10.0-RC4]Shares lost until reboot

I have had this happen to me twice now. I dont have any logs or anything. But, since it happened twice now I figured I would let someone know. I dont have a reason for not rebooting my machines so a reboot has helped always. Shares are populated after reboot. Any ideas?

Without a log any reply is just a guess   One reason that seems to cause these symptoms is the shfs process (which supports user shares) crashing.  Can be a good idea to run memtest if it occurs with any frequency.

Thanks for the quick reply. I'll keep that in mind. Should I leave it dead and come back for help when it happens, you think?

If it happens just make sure you get diagnostics before rebooting.  You can then post them to get some informed feedback.
