Timeout while waiting for setup device command

Unsure which of the following changes I did since last reboot that may have caused my unraid to stall when booting.

I have updated the system to 6.10 RC5, Updated Dynamix File Manager to the latest version and swapped to two drives in the hot swap bays

when the server was shut down. Both drives where mounted as unassigned devices and where not part of the array.

After swapping the drives between the different bays I was unable to start the unraid server.

Looking at the boot up screen it looks more look the USB key with the unraid system problem?

The server boots into the Uriad System then stalls at the second attached image.

Does any body have suggestions where to start trouble shooting this problem?

I have swapped the USB key to another slot and my motherboard Asrock X570D4U-2L2T only has USB 3 ports.

Put flash in PC and checkdisk. While there make a backup. If checkdisk doesn't fix it, you can get your configuration on a new install by copying the config folder from your flash backup.

Often there are USB2 headers on the board.
