The final fix was to rebuild a VM from scratch.  It seems that once we upgraded the PCI controllers needed a whole different set of settings.  Thanks to all that helped.  Especially @ghost82

Thanks for this thread. I ran into the same issue with the NIC settings just disappearing from all my VM's. Editing the XML worked but was able to identify that it's only when I select a virtual bridge (virbr0) that this issue continues to happen—using the system bridge (br0) seems to work fine. Any idea what the conflict might be with using a virtual bridge?

  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
