Cache Drives Not Mounting

Featured Replies

Hi Guys,

Doing a clean install. So far I have:

  1. Created the USB Unraid drive by downloading 6.10.2 installer
  2. Run "Make bootable" as administrator
  3.  Copied super.dat & plus.key from backup to config folder of new install

The array drives appesr in correct order. The cache drives are listed in unassigned devices. How do I mount these in the correct order? I dont want to corrupt the cache, they have my vm vdisk image on them.

TIA

1 pool of 3 drives. I created a new pool and added the drives in logical order nvme0 , nvme1, nvme2. Seems to be working. created new VMs but no vga output yet. I think I need to VNC into them and update drivers?

BTW: Thankyou to you and Jorge for your help. Much apreciated ;)

FYI device order is not important for pools.

Can't really help with that, best to make a new post in the KVM section.
