grandprix
http://cgi.ebay.com/LOT-20-WESTERN-DIGITAL-WD20EARS-2TB-INTERNAL-64MB-/320712119523?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item4aabee94e3 Very tempted on this.. I frequent to PA often, a few more miles for $400 off (that is if Newegg sold more than 5, I only have so many email addresses/mailing addresses/payment methods). Anyone closer to NYC than me and closer to VA? At $60 a pop, put me down for 5. Link to comment
PeterB
Wow - having just paid the equivalent of $125 for a WD20EARS here in Philippines, that price sounds very tempting. I enquired about 3TB drives and was told that the WD30EARS could be obtained ... for the equivalent of $300! Link to comment
opentoe
I live close to NYC and would be interested in this. If we get enough people to chip in for a couple drives, should be that bad, right??? 1200/20=$60. $60 for a 2TB green is not bad! Link to comment
johnm160
good deal for sure I just paid 80 for a 2tb green Link to comment
opentoe
Not easy to get people to spend money. Link to comment
johnm160
Not easy to get people to spend money. People around here will spend money on hard drives.....arranging to collect all the money, pick up the drives, and ship them to everyone is where the snag is. If you could get a group buy in one geographic area it would be a lot easier. Link to comment
