Diags attached.

 

Drive is not even weeks old, went into a red x state out of nowhere.

 

Tempted just to reboot and rebuild parity, but I can't get SMART to run on it as its disabled.  I may just replace it with a spare and then test it in another system.

    Disk dropped offline, so there's no SMART, check/replace cables and post new diags.
