Problem upgrading from 6.9.2 to 6.11.2

After upgrading from 6.9.2 to 6.11.2, the server, pool and all auto-start containers started. However, the webUI for all containers will not work except for Jellyfin. So I reverted back to 6.9.2. I have the diagnostic ZIP file after installing the 6.11.2 but not sure how to attach it.

Several months ago I tried to upgrade then to 6.10 and faced the same problem.
