Unraid Update Errors - Is my Flash-Drive Corrupt?

When trying to Update to current Version i get the following errors

Is my flash drive corrupt or what is the problem here?

Possibly, you try backup and re-formatting it, if the same replace it.

I’m having the same issue. I went to update my os and Im getting the flash drive is now corrupt. Did you get it working?
