Can't format new drive in array

Added a new drive to the array. Precleared first before adding. Preclear was successful and the drive has been added to the array. 

 

I have tried to format the drive now it is in the array but nothing seems to be happening. Can't see any errors coming up in the log. Diagnostics attached to the post. Any ideas if there is an issue on my side, or maybe a dodgy drive?

    Known issue with v6.11.2, update to v6.11.3
