xamindar
Not sure what a swat drive is... Care to explain? Link to comment
cyrnel
The product is by "CineRAID", so I assume hot swattable drives have something to do with THAT kind of movie. Link to comment
Rajahal
unRAID doesn't support hot swap, but it can use a hot swap enclosure like the one you linked. When replacing or upgrading drives, the array must be stopped. Link to comment
cyrnel
:'( Hot-swattable... (their words) CineRAID... THOSE movies... Okay, clearly my sense of humor needs a good night's rest. Link to comment
Joe L.
unRAID doesn't support hot swap, but it can use a hot swap enclosure like the one you linked. When replacing or upgrading drives, the array must be stopped. And, unless you are using a fairly new version of unRAID, the array must be powered down as well as being stopped first. Link to comment
xamindar
Reminds me of when I go to a Chinese restaurant and all the references to "pork" are spelled "port". Link to comment
