Problem Replacing a Failed Drive

I had a 2tb drive fail, and I went though the process to replace it with a new drive. It's a 3tb. I have a 3tb Parity drive so it should work fine.

However, the second I start the rebuild I get a message on the dashboard that says: Unmountable: Unsupported partition layout

The rebuild with complete with no errors, however the files on the drive are unavailable and there doesn't seem to be a way to fix the drive. xfs_repair in the GUI and the CLI failed to resolve the issues.

I precleared the disk initially and got this result

I tried it again with no preclear and get the same result.

I attempted to Format the drive after the rebuild completed and nothing happened.

So... I am in need of assistance.
