November 18, 20223 yr Hello, First off I apologize for being someone of a novice at this. I'm running an UNraid server that is used for Plex and media downloads via sonarr/radarr. I all of a sudden have getting an error in both sonarr and radarr that the download client is unavailable. I cannot access SABnzbd web interface. I get an error telling me the IP address and port are unavailable. I can't see any firewall that would be blocking this all of a sudden on my router. I feel fairly certain that something is getting blocked somewhere but I am not sure how. I am running Unraid version 6.7.2. I don't know if this is me being an idiot with my router settings (which I haven't changed) or I am just not interfacing with the server correctly to allow myself the ability to update anything. I can use an IPMIviewer remotely to start/stop the server outside of the UNraid interface. Happy to provide any/all log files that are helpful, just not sure how or which. I appreciate the help and patience as I learn my way through this. Thanks. sabnzbd.log Edited November 19, 20223 yr by birkebeiner84 Adding log file
November 19, 20223 yr Community Expert Are you sure your 'arrs are configured with the ip and port sab is on? Maybe it went to another ip when you added a container or something.
November 21, 20223 yr I'm having the same issue (can't access sabnzbd gui via browser). It worked fine until I updated the docker container today. Host ports are 8280 and 8290 and I've tried both and just get the error that the webpage cannot be reached. I've attached the log files. Some googling suggested it could be permissions? But there wasn't much information and I'm not sure what the permissions should be changed to or if that is the issue in the first place. EDIT: Reverting back to version "binhex/arch-sabnzbd:3.6.1-1-03" fixed it, but if anyone has any insight into the error it'd be awesome to fix it and get up to date sabnzbd_log.log Edited November 21, 20223 yr by threefoursixeight Downgrade fixed it
